- From the Windows desktop, click Start > All Programs (Programs) > Outlook Express.
- In the Display Name field, type a display name (typically your full name) for your email account then click Next.
- In the Email address field, type your email address then click Next.
- Select the incoming server type (e.g. POP3 or IMAP). In the Incoming mail server field, type your email account's POP3/IMAP server name (e.g. pop3.mayfieldglobal.com). In the Outgoing mail server field type your email account's SMTP server name (e.g. smtp.mayfieldglobal.com) then click Next.
- In the Account name field, type your username. In the Password field, type your password then click Next.
- Click Finish.
- You have successfully setup Outlook Express. From the main toolbar, click Send/Recv to retrieve email from your POP3/IMAP server.
