How do I map (connect) to a network drive - Microsoft Windows Vista?

  1. Click Start > Computer.
    Start > Computer
  2. Locate and click Map network drive.
    Explorer
  3. Select the desired drive letter. Type or browse to the desired folder on the network drive. If the network drive requires a user name / password other then your Vista account credentials then click on different user name, otherwise click Finish and skip to step 5.
  4. Enter your user name / password for you network drive then click OK then click Finish.

  5. Congratulations, you have successfully connected to your networked drive.
